About Competitor
- HPS believes that there are two categories of competitors: 1) Consulting and large SaaS providers and 2) Population health/chronic disease management providers. Most competitors are either very small or very large organizations. There are currently thousands of independent, non-integrated healthcare apps used and growing rapidly, none with a comprehensive solution.
Exit Strategy
- The Company is focused on a liquidity event with the next 4 years, either IPO or acquisition by a major insurance company, medical provider system or population health company.
